SECTION 3 — PRE-ORDERS (BATCH 001)
3.1 Pre-Order Authorization
By placing a pre-order, you authorize TAM to charge the full purchase price ($68.00) at the time of purchase.
3.2 Shipping Timelines
All shipping dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing timelines, ingredient sourcing, or quality control requirements. TAM is not liable for delays.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled once placed, as funds are allocated toward production.
SECTION 4 — RETURNS AND SALES POLICY
Final Sale:
Due to the limited nature of Batch 001 and the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns:
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases of documented shipping damage or product defects, subject to our Refund Policy.
Resale Prohibited:
Products are for personal use only and may not be resold.
SECTION 5 — PRICING AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes.
We offer complimentary standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise specified at checkout.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates. Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
