REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW

At TAM, we take pride in delivering high-quality products designed for performance. Due to the personal care nature of our products and our limited production model, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.


PRE-ORDERS (BATCH 001)

TAM is currently accepting pre-orders for our initial production run (“Batch 001”).

By placing a pre-order:

  • You agree that your order is final and non-cancellable

  • Your payment is processed immediately at checkout

  • Your order will ship once production is complete

All pre-orders are considered final sale.


ALL SALES FINAL

Due to hygiene standards and the nature of personal care products:

👉 All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • opened or used products

  • dissatisfaction with results

  • incorrect product selection


EXCEPTIONS — DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will replace or refund items only in the case of:

  • shipping damage

  • product defects


REPORTING AN ISSUE

To report a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging


REVIEW PROCESS

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • issue a replacement, or

  • provide a refund at our discretion


SHIPPING ISSUES

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier:

  • TAM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages

  • Customers should contact the carrier directly for delivery issues

However, we will do our best to assist where possible.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

TAM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
