At TAM, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.


PRE-ORDERS (BATCH 001)

TAM is currently accepting pre-orders for our initial production run (“Batch 001”).

By placing a pre-order:

  • You acknowledge that your order is not ready to ship immediately

  • Your order will ship once production is completed

Estimated Shipping Timeline:
Orders are expected to ship within 3-4 months, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note that all timelines are estimates and may be impacted by manufacturing, quality control, or supply chain factors.


ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received

  • You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information


SHIPPING RATES

We proudly offer:

👉 Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States

Shipping rates for international orders (if offered) will be calculated at checkout.


SHIPPING TIMES

Once your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (U.S.)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.


SHIPPING CARRIERS

We work with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other major shipping providers to ensure reliable delivery.


ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


DELAYS

While we aim to meet all estimated timelines, TAM is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • shipping carriers

  • weather conditions

  • supply chain disruptions

  • incorrect shipping addresses


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, TAM is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

TAM is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damage

We will review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
